Tomilayo Oluwadahunsi.
Tomilayo is a member of the firm's corporate and litigation group. She handles Corporate and Commercial Transactions. Prior to joining the firm, she was at the law firm of Olusegun B. Ajayi & Co.
Tomilayo is a graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.
She has recently been involved in the following transactions:
- Advised an American oil and gas trading company on potential criminal and civil liabilities for liquefied natural gas spill in Nigeria as well as on potential tax liabilities under Nigerian Law;
- Advised an international seismic-survey company on requirements of conducting cabotage activities in Nigeria;
- Assisted in the facilitation of the scheme of merger between two blue -chip Nigerian insurance companies;
- Assisted in conducting a legalisation project on the landed properties of a subsidiary of a major French company in Nigeria;
- Assisting several companies on the regularisation of their title documents vis-à-vis commercial, residential and industrial properties.
