    Senator Odujinrin has over 37 years of experience in the legal sector. He is highly respected for his expertise in corporate transactions traversing all sectors of the economy and has particular expertise in Corporate & Commercial law, Banking, Capital & Money Markets, International Trade, Energy & Solid Minerals. Senator Odujinrin is President of the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce, a Trustee of the Capital Markets Solicitors Association in Nigeria and director of several companies. He is a graduate of the University of Lagos and Harvard Law School, Cambridge Massachusetts.

    • Advising a multinational Food & Beverage organization on reconciliation of its assessment liabilities with the tax authorities;
    • Advising an international trade bank on its investments in Nigeria;
    • Advising the Federal Government of Nigeria on the Privatisation of the Nigerian Ports Authority
    • Preparation of the Legal and Regulatory Framework for the Reform of Nigeria's Electric Power Sector
    • Advised the Calabar State Government on its First Tourism Development Bond
    • Represented the Ogun State Government on the Analysis of the existing Legal Framework for the Ogun State water Corporation and determination of privatization options available to the State Government
    • Represented the Lagos State Government on its =N=15 Billion Redeemable Bond Issue 2004/2009
