Carol Bob-Okonedo.
Carol is a member of the firm's corporate group and specialises in Corporate and Commercial transactions. Prior to joining the firm, she was with the Nigerian Ports Authority.
She is a graduate of the University of Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.
She has recently been involved in the following transactions;
- Negotiated various lease agreements for a major EPC company;
- Advised and assisted an international oil servicing firm on incorporation matters and procurement of the necessary permits and approvals;
- Advised a major seismic data acquisition company on cabotage business in Nigeria as well as assisting in procuring the necessary permits to this end;
- Advised a major international engineering company on the Nigerian Labour Laws as well as employment and employee matters in that regard;
- Advised a major international bottling company on the terms of a contract involving the company, its employees and their pension fund administrators.
- She is presently handling company secretarial matters for a major international oil and gas company
