Bukola Olabiyi.
Bukky is a member of the firm's corporate group. She handles Corporate and Commercial transactions. Prior to joining the firm, she was at Addax Petroleum Development Nigeria Ltd.
Bukky is a graduate of the University of Buckingham and was Called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2006.
She has recently been involved in the following transactions;
Recent Projects:
- Conducting due diligence on behalf of a major financial institution;
- Advising the local subsidiary of a cement manufacturing company on its tender process.
