    Education: University of Lagos (LL.B (Hons.) 1969), Harvard Law School, Cambridge, Massachusetts (LL.M 1971).

    Senator Odujinrin has over 35 years of experience in the legal sector. He is well versed in corporate transactions traversing all sectors of the economy and has particular expertise in Corporate & Commercial law, Banking, Capital & Money Markets, International Trade, Energy & Solid Minerals.

  • Prince Adeyemi Adefulu.

    Position: Partner, admitted, 1972, Nigeria.
    Education: University of Lagos (LL.B (Hons.) 1971).

    Yemi Adefulu has over 33 years’ experience of legal practice in Nigeria. His core area of practice is commercial litigation and ADR with added expertise in issues relating to Maritime, Aviation, Insurance, Environmental, and Government Relations.

  • Funmi Gbadebo.

    Funmi has over 17 years experience in the general practice of law. She is particularly well versed in Corporate and Commercial law, Capital Markets, Labour, Immigration, Banking, Corporate and Project finance. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).

    She obtained her law degree from the University of Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1988. Funmi also has a Master’s degree from the University of Lagos.

  • Adeoye Adefulu.

    Deoye has over 7 years experience in the general practice of law. He has particular expertise in matters pertaining to Energy law, Corporate and Project Finance, International Trade, Environmental & Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior to joining the firm, Deoye lectured at the University of Stirling in Scotland and also had a stint with CMS Cameron McKenna (London).

    He obtained his law degree from the University of Lagos and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Dundee, Centre for Energy & Petroleum and Mineral Law Policy (CEPMLP), where he is also at the final stages of the Doctorate program. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1998.

  • Damilola Odujinrin.

    Dami has over 6 years experience in the practice of law and is a part of the firm’s energy, corporate and tax groups. She has extensive experience in matters relating to the capital market, international business transactions, tax advisory services as well as oil and gas operations in Nigeria. Prior to joining the firm, Dami practised with Templars, Barristers and Solicitors (Nigeria) and the Bailey Law Group (USA).

    She obtained her law degree from the University of Buckingham (UK) and holds a Master’s degree from the Harvard Law School (USA). She is licensed to practice in the United States of America (1999) and Nigeria (2003).

  • Joseph Ogunu.

    Joe is a part of the firm’s litigation and ADR group. He is especially skilled in matters relating to pollution and other environmental hazards, ADR, real estate disputes and general corporate litigation.

    He is a graduate of the Bendel State University and holds a Master’s degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991.

  • Peter Alhassan.

    Peter is a part of the firm’s litigation and corporate groups. He is skilled in matters pertaining to labour law, environmental law, especially oil spill matters, corporate transactions as well as general corporate litigation.

    He is a graduate of the University of Calabar and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999.

  • Anthony Uwakwe.

    Tony is a member of the litigation and ADR group. He is proficient in commercial litigation, environmental, maritime and labour law.

    He attended Imo State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2000.

  • Bukola Fatimiro.

    Bukky is a member of the firm’s corporate group. She handles Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Immigration, Government Relations, Privatisation, as well as Trademarks & Patents. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with the Lagos State Ministry of Justice.

    She is a graduate of the Lagos State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001.

  • Lucky Ayeki.

    Lucky is a part of the firm’s litigation and ADR group. He handles matters relating to General Commercial Disputes.

    He is a graduate of the University of Calabar and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002.

  • Lauretta Abeke.

    Lauretta handles matters relating to Corporate and Commercial transactions, Commercial Litigation and Arbitration as well as Immigration law.

    She is a graduate of Edo State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002.

  • Carol Bob-Okonedo.

    Carol is a member of the firm’s corporate group. She handles Corporate and Commercial Transactions.

    She is a graduate of the University of Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.

  • Angela Ukpaka.

    Angela is a member of the firm’s corporate group. She handles Corporate and Commercial Transactions as well as Commercial Litigation.
