Yemi Adefulu has over 35 years' experience of legal practice in Nigeria. His core area of practice is commercial litigation and ADR with added expertise in issues relating to Maritime, Aviation, Insurance, Environment and Government Relations. Prince Adefulu is a director of a number of companies including Odade Investments Nigeria Limited and is very actively involved in his local community activities. He is a graduate of the University of Lagos and a Past President of the University's Alumni Association.

Recent Projects:
- Representing a major E & P company in a contractual dispute in the amount of 10 billion Naira (approximately, USD 77,000,000) for breach of contract.
- Representing a major E & P company in an environmental pollution case involving damages to the tune of 12 billion Naira (approximately, USD 92,307,692).
- Representing the national oil company and one of its subsidiaries in an environmental pollution action, valued at 7 billion Naira
- Representing the government in various election petition matters arising out of the 2007 elections.
- Representing a multinational rubber processing and producing company in expansion of its Nigerian operations.
- Representing a major insurance company in arbitration proceedings regarding a claim for damages in excess of 6 million Naira
- Represented the Lagos State Government on its =N=15 Billion Redeemable Bond Issue 2004/2009
